I’m a huge fan of the “Bourne” movies… As you may or may not know, the
third movie titled “The Bourne Ultimatum” is coming out in theaters this
August. I found the first trailer of it on the net today… it looks

As most of you know I tend to voice my opinion to a company that doesn’t treat me right… Whether its an airline, restaurant, etc I normally end up winning the complaint. I found an article on ABCNews.com titled “How to Complain and Win at It”, so I figured I would link it for you to provide some helpful hints on how to be successful at complaining to companies
