As most of you know I tend to voice my opinion to a company that doesn’t treat me right… Whether its an airline, restaurant, etc I normally end up winning the complaint. I found an article on ABCNews.com titled “How to Complain and Win at It”, so I figured I would link it for you to provide some helpful hints on how to be successful at complaining to companies

Sprint. I am not sure if this deals with the Nextel side of
Sprint-Nextel, but I have to agree with this guy’s claims of horrible
customer service… I’ve had to call every month since November after a
rate plan change….
Carrier changes could be on the horizon for me….
